Privacy Notice

The short version: this website sets no cookies on public pages and runs no analytics or trackers. Our hosting and email delivery providers keep short technical logs. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email.

1. Who we are

Bengu Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (trading as "Firma Textile"), NOSAB, Mese Caddesi No:1, 16140 Nilufer / Bursa, Turkiye. Email: info@firmatextile.com. We are the data controller for the processing described in this notice.

2. Data you send us

When you use the contact form, the details you enter (name, company, email address and message) are delivered to our mailbox info@firmatextile.com by Resend (USA), an email delivery service acting as our processor under a data processing agreement. The website itself does not store your message. If you email us directly, we receive the details you include.

We use these details to answer your enquiry, send fabric samples and prepare offers. Legal bases: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / UK GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. Hosting and server logs

This site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) as our hosting provider (processor). Like any web server, Cloudflare briefly processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the service against abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Cloudflare processes this data under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Cookies and analytics

Public pages set no cookies and use no analytics, advertising or tracking technologies. The staff login to the content editor uses one short-lived, necessary cookie.

5. Where your data is processed and how long we keep it

Contact form messages and emails you send us are received and processed in Turkiye, where we are established, and are protected under Turkish data protection law (KVKK) alongside the commitments in this notice. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or business relationship, and thereafter only as long as Turkish commercial and tax law requires, then delete it.

6. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only where needed to handle your request, for example with the sales agent you name or with our email service providers (Zoho for our mailbox, Resend for delivering contact form messages), and where the law requires.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and a portable copy, by writing to info@firmatextile.com. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO); in Turkiye, to the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK Kurumu).

8. Changes

If we ever add features that change how data is handled (for example analytics), we will update this notice first and, where required, ask for your consent.
